Damaged Wines
The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. South Coast Winery will gladly replace bottles should the wine be found as damaged. Please do not pour out the wine, place the cork back in the bottle and call 866-994-6379 ext. 7234.

Unwanted orders
South Coast Winery will not refund for unwanted wines. For all other orders including Will Call orders, Shipped Wine or Merchandise, South Coast Winery will allow the order to be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, for store credit, if the order is still on property. Once the order has left property we will not be able to take the wine or merchandise back. After the 48 hours we will not cancel or refund the order, under any circumstance.

Event Tickets
All sales are final for Event Tickets. If you are unable to attend the event, please notify is within 24 hours of the event date and we will offer a credit to an future event.
