  • About the Wine:Tempranillo is a variety that is native to Spain, much like Cervantes’ Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. The Temecula Valley offers the warm sunny climes that Tempranillo seems to refer and flourish in, similar to the Rioja region of Spain. Our 2013 Tempranillo was aged in a combination of new American and used French oak barrels that give the right amount of smoky tones to a wine that is noticeably swelling with cherry and blackberry fruit aromas. This wine is well balanced and while the tannins are soft, the overall feel of the wine is certainly capable of titling at windmills. Dulcinea herself could not be finer.

We really like this wine!! We visited for the first time back in September 2017. The whole experience and ambiance was wonderful. We later had a nice dinner to cap off our visit. Before leaving we joined up to be members and continue to relive our visit through your wine.
