About the Wine:
Blanc De Noir is a classic style of sparkling wine that uses a black (noir) grape to make a white (blanc) wine. Hence, Blanc De Noir. Blanc De Noir is a fantastic sparkling wine that demonstrates delicate Pinot Noir character and richness, and varies in color from shades of light peach to a rich rosy mauve. A small amount of barrel aged chardonnay adds a rich dimension of structure.
Our South Coast Blanc De Noir has a very fine mousse and bubble trail to go along with its beautiful coral pink color. Delicate strawberry, raspberry and cotton candy aromas are married with a lightly toasted brioche and hazelnut bouquet that rounds out the fruit tones brilliantly. This terrific pink sparkler has a nicely balanced sweetness with a fine acidity and a classic touch of astringency.
