Our South Coast Brut sparkling wine is just the thing to achieve that transformation.  The South Coast Brut is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (25%) and Chardonnay (75%) grown in the Temecula Valley. It is finished with approximately 1.36% residual sugar, rendering a refreshingly crisp and clean wine. Enjoy a glass when you are seeking to change your outlook or make something extraordinary happen.

    We suggest starting off any meal with a great bubbly!! With Appetizers is always the best: Shrimp cocktail, Crap Cakes, Oysters or even lobster. Sparkling Wine is also a fabulous Aperitif!
    Vegetarian: Stay with the Appetizers. Stuffed Mushrooms, Bruschetta, Olive spread with pita bread.
    Cheese: Brie, Camembert, Cheddar, Colby, Edam, Gouda, Gruyere, Parmesan.
    Spices: Because we try and pair this with "finger foods" There isn't much to say in the way of spices.
    Chocolate: We typically stay away from chocolate with this wine. The sweetness of the chocolate tends to make the wine taste acidic. Try fruit instead, like Strawberries or Pineapple.
