Pinot Grigio is a very popular white wine known for its crisp acidity and vibrant fruit aromas. Using similar techniques in the vindication process as our Italian trends in the Alto Adige, we have captured the bright citrus and delicate apple, pear and banana aromas that Pinot Grigio typically exhibits. This wine was fermented and aged solely in stainless steel. This is a very lush Pinot Grigio, beautifully intense, full of wonderful fruit flavors with a very long finish.

About This Wine:

Harvested on August 11, 2009, from Temecula Springs Resort Estate Vineyards (50%), Huis Vineyards (28%), and Schuler Vineyards (22%). This 2009 vintage of Pinot Grigio marks the first harvest of Pinot Grigio from our Temecula Springs Resort Estate vineyards located at the winery. Pinot Grigio is a very popular white wine known for its crisp acidity and vibrant fruit aromas.
