2007 South Coast Winery Chardonnay Sans Chene
This Chardonnay, like its predecessor, is as unique as its name suggests. For those not familiar to this style of Chardonnay, you'll find that, because of its stainless steel only fermentation, oak plays no role in it s character; instead it's structured around the fruit component of the grape itself. With your first sip, you'll find tropical fruit aromas flesh out the scents of apple and pear, while the clean citrusy quality of the acidity is bright and refreshing.
