Our South Coast Extra Dry sparkling wine is just the thing to achieve that transformation. The South Coast Extra Dry is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) grown in the Temecula Valley. It is finished with approximately 2.5% residual sugar, rendering are freshingly crisp and lightly sweet.
