Our South Coast Brut sparkling wine is just the thing to achieve that transformation. The South Coast Brut is made from a blend of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) grown in the Temecula Valley. It is finished with approximately 1.0% residual sugar, rendering a refreshingly crisp and clean wine. Enjoy a glass when you are seeking to change your outlook or make something extraordinary happen.
