An exclusive secondary fermentation at very cool temperatures highlights Muscat Canelli's fruit character; the grape's intrinsic beauty is elevated and given a new stage that is frothy with frizzante. Finished at 5.0 gms/100mL of residual sugar, Diamante is delicately sweet, with a "come hither" natural acidity that maintains a balance both provocative and beguiling.
